How it works
A soft, weighted insert sits in a supportive pouch. The pouch is worn under regular underwear and holds the insert against the body. The result is a natural shape, natural weight and natural movement. It is not a medical device and does not require a prescription.

Silicone is the most lifelike and our default. Foam is lightest and best for sport and swimming. Gel is softest and warms to the body fastest. All three are body safe and latex free.
Care
Hand wash the pouch. Wipe the insert. Air dry. Replacement pouches are available separately.
